Shane McCotter, M.S., DABMP

Shane McCotter has been with RPC since September, 2016, after working for four years as a Mechanical Project Engineer at Exodus Machines in Superior, WI.  Shane has spent the majority of his life in the Twin Ports, moving to the area in 1996.  He graduated from the University of Minnesota-Duluth in 2013 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Minor in Mathematics, and has his Master’s in Medical Physics from John Patrick University.  In October 2025 he obtained his board certification from the American Board of Medical Physics.  He married Joanna in 2009, and they are enjoying being parents to their four energetic kids.  His other interests include working on their house, building and shooting firearms, football, snowmobiling, and four-wheeling.  Shane brings his experience in mechanical systems, critical thinking, and mathematics to thoroughly test many different types of radiographic units and perform shielding evaluations.
