Because one size rarely fits all, we like to talk with our clients about their specific equipment and service needs. Whether you have a single radiographic room or an entire medical center full of state of the art CT Scanners, we analyze the specific equipment components that require testing, QC tests which require review or even your entire QA Program that may require auditing and optimization.

You can contact us by phone or email. Please provide us with a complete list of all your equipment. Including the equipment vendor, model and specific capabilities can be very helpful to assure an accurate quote. After we review your list of equipment, we will call or email to clarify any questions. We always attempt to talk directly with you to help clarify any confusion or questions you may have.
Helpful tips in describing equipment:
Indicating you have "digital" equipment is vague. Digital variations of normal equipment most often require additional testing in comparison to the non-digital variations. Digital units often called "DR" or Direct Digital are different than digital systems that use "CR Readers" or cassette based digital. DR units have digital detectors built into the equipment and may have 1 or 2 different detectors for each exam room. Each DR detector requires independent testing. So we need to know the number of detector for each unit.
CR Readers are the most overlooked equipment in radiology. Facilities often believe that once the chemical film processor is gone, there is no QC, maintenance or testing needed for CR systems. CR Readers should be inspected and tested on an annual basis to assure calibration accuracy. In the digital world, the CR Reader becomes the main determining factor for patient dose (click here to read about How CR Technology Increases Dose).
CT scanners vary in sophistication and functions between number of slices as well as different vendors. A 64 slice CT from one vendor may require a little more testing time than a similar CT from a different vendor. Certain additional function capabilities also require additional testing and time. ACR Accreditation testing can add some additional time as well.
